Centrally located.
Centrally located.
Sheets were stained and bathroom was so small you could not sit on the toilet with the door closed. Also there was a cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived.

Hotel location was very good. It's in the middle of all the action in the Historic part of Cartagena. Room AC worked very well. Our room faced the street and it had a balcony.
Hotel does not have an outside sign so we were lost. We called multiple times and reception never answered. Once we arrived, we were not greeted and check-in took forever. We had to wait as they were settling "hourly hotel price" with a couple in front of us. I must say it was a very uncomfortable and suspicious situation to witness. Room had clumps of hair everywhere and they forgot to give us toilet paper. I asked for courtesy drinking water and they told me they had none. I was expecting some type of communal gallon water dispenser in the hotel after walking in circles in the Cartagena heat searching for the place. Lots of noise in the room coming from both the outside and the lobby area.

Very nice location, a bit noisy, overall good experience.
The AC is amazing. It is never warm in the room.
There is too much noise coming from the outside and the balcony door is old so there is no proper sound isolation. This is not a big problem is you stay for a short time.
